The CORE & PIZZA briquette is composed of pure hyper-compressed selected beech flour. It guarantees total absence of additives, thickeners, paints, pesticides, fertilizers and is bacteriologically safe to protect your health.

With the CORE & PIZZA briquette, you don’t get your hands dirty and don’t risk injury. It does not make dust or particles in the oven and does not dirty the chimney in full compliance with the parameters of Carbon-Tax and Kyoto Protocol.
Certified
The CORE & PIZZA briquette meets the parameters of the hygienic standards. CORE & PIZZA is certified by the Istituto Giordano to be used in direct contact with food. It allows to respect the EC Reg.852/2004 H.A.C.C.P.
Handy
CORE & PIZZA is packaged in handy carton boxes, it keeps the oven’s area tidy and clean, is practical and quick to enlight, reaches high temperatures in a short time and is always well dry.
Eco-friendly
The CORE & PIZZA briquette is composed of pure selected wood flour from FSC certified plantations. It does not contain bark, chemical additives or adhesives for a product that is truly respectful of nature and environment.
Cost-effective
CORE & PIZZA halves the volumes compared to the best wood, so that for the same performance in the oven it halves the overall volume both inside and under the oven. It reduces the time required to ignite and heat the oven. CORE & PIZZA is a safe saving.

We are at the forefront of the environment without compromise and with respect for traditions. The use of the CORE & PIZZA briquette allows to respect the limits of smoke emissions into the atmosphere (l. 448/98 carbon-tax and Kyoto Protocol 2005). Its low harmful emissions due to the absence of bark and chemicals inside, make it a product really friendly to the environment while maintaining the tradition of wood cooking.
Optimized performance
With CORE & PIZZA your oven is ready to cook in just 40 minutes. At the same heat efficiency, the consumption of CORE & PIZZA briquette is about 40% lower than using the best dried wood. This creates more space in the oven, up to 2 more pizzas. Moreover, since it has no bark or resin inside, it does not burst, preventing pollutants from falling on the pizzas.
